Using Interac e-Transfer for Donations to St. George Church

You will need your own account with a participating bank or credit union, and an active email address or mobile phone number.

Use on-line banking or your mobile banking app to access your personal account at your bank, and use the Interac e-Transfer option to add a new recipient.
Enter the data below into the Recipient fields. Note that our bank account with Meridian is set up for auto deposit, so no security question is required.

Recipient: RCEC – St Catharines at Meridian

The name must be entered exactly as written above including spaces; otherwise it will not match the name in the Interac database that is linked to our account.
You should not be prompted for a security question. If you are, you have probably entered the recipient name incorrectly.
